FOB DEVICE - BUILDING ENTRANCE ACCESS, OTHER INTERNAL DOORS & LIFT

The initial allocation of these FOB's were issued free to each owner/agent/tenant when this system was introduced.  These are uniquely numbered and digitally recorded and managed against each apartment number.

Additional FOB's can be purchased from the Owners Corporation for legitimate reasons (replacing lost or damaged, support workers, cleaners, family members, etc.) at a cost of $50 each (which includes a deposit of $40 that is  refundable if and when the FOB is returned in full working order).

REMOTE DEVICE - CAR-PARK ENTRANCE ROLLER DOORS 

• BASEMENT  (via ROSEHILL (1) & CORNWALLIS (2) STREET ROLLER DOORS) and

• GROUND FLOOR (via MARIAN (3) STREET ROLLER DOOR)

The initial allocation of these REMOTE DEVICES were issued free to each owner/agent/tenant when this system was introduced.  These are uniquely numbered and digitally recorded and managed against each apartment number.

Additional REMOTES can be purchased from the Owners Corporation for legitimate reasons (replacing lost or damaged, a second vehicle, accessibility requirements, etc) at a cost of $100 each (these are outright purchases with no refund  policy).
